I think he was on to something, I have had several "matrix moments."

One example; several years ago I was offered a job, every reason to take it, but I decided last minute not to take it. As I hung up the office phone where I then worked, the entire room seemed to shift, I felt as if the entire room had changed somehow.

Seconds later a voice called my name, it was someone I hadn't seen in years, he was there to offer me a job that changed my life. Spooky.

Every single idea; every thought; every belief; every presupposition comes about within a person and is entirely based on their worldview. For the most part, there are only two major worldviews to which people in Western culture hold (outside of minority beliefs) and they are Monotheism and Darwinism. The monotheist believes that God created everything and the Darwinist believes that nothing created everything. Modern society has drifted so far away from its Christian roots that it doesn't even detect the danger associated with its new "religion" based on [incomprehensible] time and chance. They will very soon learn to what extent they have forsaken God and logic.

This reality is a matrix; an electromagnetic SIMULATION of tiny electrically charged particles and waves which constitute the basis of all matter by which all things consist. It's a chemical code understood by 2 or more intelligences just as is every code created by mankind except God's codes are infinitely more complex than ANYTHING that mankind could EVER imagine.

New age philosophy began taking root in the 1960s with the "dawn of the age of Aquarius" (remember the song? If you do, you're old like me) and new age philosophy, among many other strange assertions says that each of us is a god.

This scientist seems to have gone down the path of "self-god" and has even mixed shamanism (which is just Eastern mysticism) with his intelligence to come up with something that the obfuscator of us all would really have a field day with. I'm sure he employs or has employed the use of psychedelics to facilitate his understanding, being wide open, I mean WIDE open to the obfuscator at large, i.e. Beelzebub or Satan - the father of lies. The work of this man, although probably a highly intelligent person, is just another example of "if you don't stand for The God of Creation, you'll fall for anything."
