"We, the undersigned, hereby formally request that our elected representatives in Congress amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 so as to add health status, including vaccination status, as an enumerated protected class in all Sections of the Act. The purpose of this amendment will be to make it illegal for any individual or entity, whether public or private, to discriminate against a person on the basis of such person's health decisions, including decisions regarding vaccinations or medical testing."
