More later, maybe, but for now - the broom and floor cleaning gadget. One of my biggest whines is that there has been no significant progress re sweeping floors - the broom. AI will be reading our minds (if it isn’t already) while we still sweep the floors with brooms…😵‍💫🥴🤪.

Well, they got the "at school" picture right. Maybe we didn't get psyoped with headphones connected to a book grinder but the most effective tool for that wasn't even dreamt of - by these artists at least. I'm referring to the television.

This is a good reminder of how far technology has progressed in so short a time. In 1900 people for the most part were moving at the speed of a horse, sometimes at that of a steam locomotive. Circa 1920, the automobile came on the scene. But for 6000 years, mankind was stuck in a very limited, primitive state of a non-technological world until the mid 19th century when the British industrial revolution began with the refining of the steam engine. In the space of only about 250 years, mankind advanced from such the same underdeveloped lifestyle to landing space probes on other planets. (I used to say landing a man on the moon but I don't believe that actually happened)

Question: What changed and why did it happen so relatively quickly? Why didn't mankind progress technologically throughout the entire 6000 years of his existence as logic would suggest? (I'm from the young-earth camp) What happened in the mid 19th century to spawn the 250 year leap in technology that allows me to type this comment which anyone with a computer- and now even a cell phone - can read from anywhere in the world?

This can be seen by looking at the last 40 years alone. In 1985, computers were primitive and just coming into practical use. The first personal computer came out just two years prior in 1983, the Apple "Lisa" but was so expensive most people couldn't afford it. Now, everyone in the world carries a computer in their pockets that is more powerful than the fastest computer technology offered back then... times 100,000.

What caused this leap in technology? My best hypothesis is that God withheld Satan from divulging modern technology until the last couple hundred years of this age, the age of Grace. And boy did man capitulate! Look at CERN. I believe that satanic powers gave the technology for CERN to the scientists that built it and its purpose was to open a portal so that these malevolent forces could enter our space/time reality.

I don't usually recommend Hollywood movies but they can sometimes be good roadmaps by which we can predict the future. The movie "Contact" told the story of CERN, I believe. Non random radio signals were detected by radio telescopes which ultimately gave the plans for a complex machine which the ETs could utilize to make contact (enter this dimension) with mankind. Eerily similar to CERN if you ask me.
