I doubt that liability waiver will hold up in court. So sad the boy was terrified and didn't want to go but his dad wanted the two of them to do this for Father's Day. No freaking way would I ever go down in a submersible - the closest I ever got was the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea ride at Disneyland on my 8th birthday. The Peter Pan ride was tons better.
How much you wanna bet, those guys from the sub are somewhere else. A perfect way to die and move on with your life, what facts/proof do we have, do you trust the news?? So how hard would it be (for a bunch of million/billionaires) to transferrer to another sub??
