What a great soup:
Just for comparison, soldiers in Irak had to shower in that water…
They also had to drink it, but most didn’t due to the high level of sand particules:
Here some recent news articles I just found about water quality in West Virginia and it doesn’t look good at all:
11 years after WV chemical spill, advocates speak out against bill to rollback water protections…
Residents frustrated with frequent boil advisories and unreliable water service in Dunbar…
City of Arp issues boil water notice for public water system…
Why West Virginia has some of the worst tap water in the United States…
I remember this Nebraska farmer asking politicians if they would drink from his water:
Amazing that parts of America still have to drink this kind of tap water… Must also be available in some other parts of the Western world (this is not an attack on your country)…
Probably lots of lead pipes around too… And fracking…
Would you drink that? Even after filtering/boiling? NOPE!
I don't want to imagine the showers cause I feel like you'll come out of them dirtier than you were going in. Oh the hell it must be causing your water heater.
This is filthy, this is third world, this is unacceptable…
Make cancer great again…
Meanwhile, I hear there are African nations organising a Live Aid for West Virgina right now…

I'm glad you are drawing attention to the water issue in W. Virginia. I know that the EPA is full of bloated rules and regulations, and they probably do need to get rid of many of them, but let's use some common sense and have the EPA do what they were created to do - keep water clean.
Common sense: Not so Common
we had a boil, water advisory, not too long ago here in Richmond, Virginia. Most of the older homes have lead pipes. Boiling the water increases the amount of lead in the water.
Good times…🥴
