A federal appeals court struck down the Federal Communications Commission’s landmark net neutrality rules on Thursday, ending a nearly two-decade effort to regulate broadband internet providers like utilities. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, in Cincinnati, said that the F.C.C. lacked the authority to reinstate rules that prevented broadband providers from slowing or blocking access to internet content.

about the 'fog', here in CA,,, Less then a week ago the inspected 4 oranges on a little tree looked fine, so I postponed the harvesting.
Today, had to toss 3 of them and rescued just one, all the 3 bad ones were covered with a VERY STRANGE mix of patches of different colors and dots with fungal looking spikes, never saw anything like that before. It is indeed bad to even start thinking what is happening within human bodies with a fallout like that..
