Recycle, recycle, recycle! It is the conservative way. Best way to recycle plastic is a converter that makes it into oil, again. You make a homemade converter. YouTube has videos of how-to. Be warned, this is dangerous unless very well supervised.
Well back in the 60s, researchers proved that by stopping coloring cigarette papers and not allowing bleaching, most teens will not start smoking and many adult quit. It was also proved that bleached paper causes cancer, not the tobacco.
