Teflon Coated Pans:
Throw all crappy pots and pans in the garbage. The best cooking is done on cast iron Griswold or similar types of cookware. Yes, they are expensive. However, they last forever. The best way to season them is by carmelizing onions in them. I clean them by using salt and water. Light cleaning using a wash cloth to keep the seasoning intact.
