First, Manuel, thank you for your note. It was nice of you.

Next. heatwave? I live in southern Arizona. We're at or below normal for this time of year. We got several inches more rain than normal, as well. And, looking forward to more rain this winter!

The Vatican coin is nothing short of gruesome.

Gates looks like he tested too many of his own vaxes on himself. But, as the saying goes, the devil loveth not his slaves. May his unclean wealth perish.

Apocalypse! Remember to pack a picnic basket. If not a prepper, there's no time to start like NOW. Being in Arizona and the humidity dropping closer to normal (under 20%) if the electric is turned off permanently, anything in the freezer can go to the solar drier. AZ has made regs and the state is going solar. I should do the same for the house, but have put it off for now. Our water comes from deep wells, but the wellheads are going solar. We bought a nice 1940s era gas stove to replace the electric. A solar hot water heater can be as primitive as a coil of heavy-duty hose thrown over the roof. Fall gardens should go in now. For us, we can plant all winter. Brassicas are in seed flats for later in the month. Niio
