This year’s peak ozone depletion season, which lasts from September 7 to October 13, saw the ozone hole rank as the seventh smallest since recovery efforts began in 1992. SOUTH POLE RADIO BLACKOUT
For the 7th day in a row, energetic protons from the sun are raining down on Earth. It's an almost S1-class radiation storm, resulting from the collective action of three X-class solar flares since Oct. 24th. These protons are causing a shortwave radio blackout inside the Antarctic Circle:
The red zones show where shortwave radio transmissions are strongly damped by atmospheric ionization. Why south? Because it's spring in the southern hemisphere, The South Pole is tipped toward the sun and intercepting more solar protons.
Almost all of Antarctica is therefore under blackout conditions…

Weather weaponry, or at least the ongoing use of it especially lately, seems to be a US thing. Spain recently ended weapon supplies to Israel, is it possible there is a US connection?

I don’t buy the story that some have the ability to create extreme weather events. There is an established correlation between solar activity and prevalence of lightning strikes. There is also a theory of causation being that the increase in electrical charges of the ionosphere being picked up from the solar wind.
Similarly, the solar energy flows along the magnetic field lines and enters the ground at the poles. Increase in this system likely leads to higher prevalence of earthquakes and volcanos.
Since the magnetosphere is weakening, this energy transfer process become increasingly erratic.
