Cosmic rays in the atmosphere are rapidly subsiding. In the past year alone, radiation levels in the air high above California have plummeted more than 15%. The latest measurement on July 23, 2022, registered a 6 year low:
This development, while sudden, is not unexpected. Cosmic rays from deep space are repelled by solar activity; when one goes up, the other goes down. Since 2021, Solar Cycle 25 has roared to life faster than forecasters expected. The onset of the new solar cycle has naturally led to a decrease in cosmic radiation reaching Earth.
To many readers this may sound counterintuitive. After all, don't solar flares produce radiation? Yes, but most high-energy radiation doesn't come from the sun; it comes from deep space. Every day galactic cosmic rays from distant supernova explosions pass through the Solar System. When they hit the top of Earth's atmosphere, they create a secondary spray of radiation, which we measure using sensors onboard our balloons.
The sun makes it more difficult for these cosmic rays to reach Earth. Simply put, when the sun is active, its magnetic field gets stronger and more tangled. Cosmic rays have trouble penetrating the magnetic thicket. Also, individual CMEs sweep aside cosmic rays, causing sharp reductions called "Forbush Decreases." The two effects blend together to bring daily radiation levels down.

A close examination of the Ica stones leaves little doubt of their authenticity. Why would one man, bent on spreading one lie - that dinosaurs lived with mankind - first of all FIND over 16,000 BLANK Andesite stones and then carve them one by one with images of dinosaurs (btw, with the patterned skin of many of them depicted, a characteristic of dinosaurs not known about by modern science until very recently) and then begin carving, with a dentist drill, so many facets of a culture which nobody has ever heard about and one which had technology of heart surgery and astronomy? HOW could he carve so many stones? Why didn't you include the reports of local farmers in Peru STILL DIGGING THESE STONES UP TO THIS VERY DAY in your above summary? Further research shows that dinosaur bones have been shown in many examples to have SOFT, TISSUE INCLUDING WHITE AND RED BLOOD CELLS. This discovery was found when paleontologist Mary Schweitzer came out with her finding that a fossilized bone from a T-Rex (which had to be broken to be transported) was shown to contain soft tissue, blood vessels, proteins, various blood cells, and even DNA! Roman Pawlicki of Jagiellonian University in Poland has apparently published fifteen or so scientific papers beginning in the 1960’s on his finds of the same soft tissue found in dinosaur bones. This news was not welcomed by the Western science community as it would have tipped the apple cart of a millions of years old earth and opened the door to the TRUTH after which every science textbook written since Darwin would have to be scrapped and rewritten! Manuel, I applaud your work. Much of it is accurate and true and shunned by the modern scientific industrial complex however, you need to do more research on the Ica (pronounced eeka) stones. Also examine the work by Waldemar Julsrud of the Acambaro Figurines. Our origins are not at all what we have been taught. Check out my book "Evolution: Fact or Fallacy" by Jeremiah C Maddox, (pseudonym) available wherever books are sold. I cover all of this in 2 chapters detailing what you have shown in this page which, by the way has been accurate up until your conclusion that they are fakes. They are not. Basilio was forced to say they were fake to avoid prison time in a Peruvian jail, not the luxury facilities we are used to in the states but dungeon like conditions in which most don't survive their sentences.
