When we realize that all the weather related deaths could have been prevented with the technology I described in my longer comment on this page, it leaves us with only one shocking conclusion:
If they CAN stop it yet they DO NOT stop it and they allow it to kill people that makes them guilty by allowing it but it's much, much more sinister than that.
