Eat healthy and exercise and don't abuse substances, especially tobacco and alcohol. On every level of ability, if you don't use it, you will lose it.

Followed through with all of the contacts and it’s hilarious, but not, that the State Attorney General’s Office of the state of Pennsylvania took what UPMC said as truth - AND UPMC altered the records which I have multiple copies in various locations - FYI - I AM NOT SUICIDAL - and I had provided the AG’s office with the records I have prior to the complaint of wrong doing, and they didn’t even look at the facts. CRAZY! This is what #UPMC said so we are closing the case. 🤣😂🤪🙄If you feel that you need to pursue further contact an attorney
