Funny. The rat birth control idea for NYC story said last time it was attempted it only worked on female rats. Ah, isn't that sufficient enough? But that rat poison is bad news. The owl that died, at the time he died I recall the story but don't recall that they said it was from rat poison. I don't think they mentioned it at that time. There would have been OUTRAGE. My foolish ex wife put some of that controversial rat poison around her trailer and her 6 year old Yorkie got a hold of some and it killed the poor little guy. I was so mad, even though it wasn't my dog, I mean, how careless can one person be???
