As a personal testimony... when I gave over meat (for eggs), it only took about a month before I lost All of the digestive distress that I had experienced since my youth, and my physical health has consistently and steadily improved since making the change, and my musculature is improving in quality as well, without becoming leaner, but more tightly bundled, and with only walking and my physical work as exercise, I am not lying when I say that I feel better than I ever expected from it. Even my white hair started turning dark again, which I find interesting and odd.
I haven't felt this good in almost 40 years.
But I don't push any agenda - everyone should find out for themselves what works for them.
As for me, I would like to at least see the clock turned back, to where people had a direct hand in their own food production and harvest, and didn't rely upon (box) stores, who's primary aim is The Bottom Line, and could really care less about the quality, it seems.
I gleaned a lot from Will & Ariel Durant's "History of Civilization", particularly the first three books in the series, with "Caesar and Christ" being the one that I pulled this well-researched information from.
Worthy reading, in my opinion , and doesn't pull too many punches in regards to the corruption made evident by "honest history".
