Are the musicians called Smartdope? I like the music. I grew up in the 70s and 80s listening (and playing drums in rock bands) to all kinds of good music. These guys remind me of the kind of music that was around back then. Just a three piece band and a front man (excellent singer).

The singer's voice reminds me of the singer in one of the rock bands I played drums in back in the day. Those days were some of the best days of my life and they slipped by me into the far reaches of my memory and I can only recall them in bits and pieces now. I was 19 years old, played in a rock band, had a girlfriend and hardly a care in this world other than keeping gas in my gas tank! I think back on what it was like to have to put 5 dollars worth of gas in my tank ($1.25/gallon!) and some money left over for beer (and other things) and it confirms why I didn't have money back then.
