I have a question. Why is it that there is snow that can be driven on and then there is merely a dusting of snow like that seen in the video above in which ALL tires spin hopelessly on flat road surfaces?
Allow me to answer that question. The snow at Donner Pass and elsewhere is not natural. It is ICE NUCLEATED by sprayed particulates by jet aircraft which include SURFACTANTS; chemicals that make soap (and snow) slippery! Why can't people see this? Most cars and trucks should have NO problem driving on a dusting of snow as seen in the first part of the video.
Thanks to Dane Wigington from geoengineeringwatch.org, we know about this. The ice nucleating chemicals sprayed by jet aircraft tankers causes the rain in the upper atmosphere to freeze at much lower temperatures (snowing at mid to upper 40s F) and when mixed with surfactant particles (and whatever else they spray down on us) it creates virtual 'parking lots' wherever they choose.
This is part of the facade of weather confusion which they are causing on the people who know not whether there is global warming or global cooling. THAT is the agenda of the age right now...CONFUSION.
