The town in Massachusetts isn't on "lockdown" - they closed local parks from dusk 'til dawn. EEEV is spread by mosquitos who bite infected birds and then transmit the virus to horses and humans. I knew a child in FL who had suffered an EEEV infection as a toddler. Although he survived, he was profoundly and permanently disabled, both physically and intellectually, from the neurological damage. Although it might not seem a big deal since human infections are relatively uncommon, it has a 30% fatality rate, and those who survive never recover. There is a vaccine to prevent the infection in horses, but no vaccine and no treatment available for humans.
That lightning was "ground to cloud" lightning. And however staggeringly beautiful and stunning it is to see, it's part of the nefarious weather modification projects being conducted by the military industrial complex. It's from the positively charged metal nanoparticles which are sprayed from jet aircraft into the stratosphere, suspended by polymer fibers (also sprayed) which are heated up by ground and satellite based microwave frequency generating stations.
MILLIONS of watts blasted at these particles heats them into the plasma state thus creating false high and low pressure zones (wherever the controllers desire). When these particles saturate the atmosphere they are naturally supercharged (positive ions) they are attracted, in this case the Maccha clock tower, to release all of that energy to the ground. (cloud to ground lightning)
But when the positively charged particles are so much more in number than the negative (ground) state, the ground will release its negative particles into the sky where there has been an abundance of positively charged particles WAITING to release all of that electrical energy. This is how, recently entire herds of grazing animals, up to 150 have been killed by ONE strike of this unnatural, never before seen, deadly lightning.
