The smoke in NY is from the Province of Quebec. All the fires in Quebec magically ignited all at the same time.
Same as the fires out west in Alberta. Fires magically appeared all over forested areas a week before a Provincial Election. Some of the 'Ignition Sources' have been caught and charged. One 'lady' was charged a few years ago for the same thing.
