I honestly feel like they aren't scared. Really, at all. There was something else that needed to be done, and that what they did. Don't know what it was. I think they are far from scared. I think they are very proud of themselves and each other.
While I do agree with your sentiment and also completely agree with 'another agenda by them may be at foot', I was going back to the 9 11 issue as this happened then, the bailing of some of the upper lever players. While they were not scared then and most likely are not now, I think maybe they were unsure of the consequences of what was to take place, if that makes sense.

One more tid bit, JP Morgan was the ONLY bankster that chose NOT to board the Titanic just minutes before it set sail........the ship was filled with bankers OPPOSED to the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and were gathering on that voyage to determine how they could get rid of the Federal Reserve and a Central Bank.....then....oooops, it sank!....and the Captain was aware it was going to sink, he said he was ready for his final voyage, and that it was. Think that was an accident?
