Only the pagan, Eastern countries would look at a dog as something to eat when it is so obvious what they are. They are for us to keep as pets, helpers and companions (working dogs) and anthropologists have discovered that the very first civilizations kept dogs for these reasons. I can't believe what makes national news headlines. A "boom" in Indiana. I have been hearing loud booms right here in my home office for the last 5 or more years. I'm talking about explosions (which appear to be coming from underground) every 5 minutes for over a half hour on selected days. They seem to begin with a HUGE explosion followed by several smaller explosions. These explosions shake my house and startle me out of my chair sometimes and wake my dog from a sound, snoring sleep. I called the police on two separate occasions but they knew nothing (they're paid to know nothing) They seem to happen most often on Monday mornings after 10:00 am. Today is monday so we'll see. I know what they are. They are digging deep underground, probably building a hub of some sort or a complete city as I live on the York River near Chesapeake Bay. I also inquired if it was military drills as the Yorktown Naval Weapons Station is right across the river from me but they tell me that it is not. But folks hear one boom in Indiana and I see it all over the news? WTH?
