There's no reason to fear anything, because we collectively manifest our own realities and nothing can happen in this plane of existence unless we collectively agree to it. You spreading fear about bioengineered mosquito weapons, means you want that to be manifested as you are sending out that thought, and thus that energy into the cosmos.
I'd urge you to do some looking inward - everything one needs to navigate this life can be found inside and fear of the unknown or of others is definitely not required.
