Agree...every worker, of any stripe, should pass the same drug test!

Disagree.

Unless you are totally addicted to your drug of choice, standard urine drug tests are nothing but cannabis tests because only cannabis remains in your urine after 72 hours. And cannabis is less harmful than tobacco and less debilitating than alcohol and many prescription drugs.

So unless you still believe in reefer madness, why are you even forcing your employees to demean themselves in this manner? Drug tests should be administered only if and when you have reason to believe that your employees' drug habits are affecting their performance. And in that case, prescription drugs should not be be exempt from testing.

I can pass any drug test (other than a hair test) personally, but I refuse to work for any corporation or company that routinely violates its employees personal medical autonomy in this manner without cause.

It's funny to me how so many people can support invasive authoritarian dictats whenever they are aimed at others and not them personally. And I am talking primarily about vaccine mandates when I make this statement, but routine drug testing of all innocent employees is on the same wavelength.

Oh, that's Mr. and Mrs. Fetterman. They look like Uncle Fester and Morticia if they ate way too much jello salad, then vomited on each other.

Great reply ! I am a commercial window cleaner here in Tucson. No skyscrapers, just storefronts, restaurants, bars etc. I have watched as these people grow and grow each day. These cocktails of vile drugs, are the biggest threat to both the national security and SOUL of our country. Keep the faith my friend ! AzMountaineer aka Christopher

How can we even do business with China? If we are so worried about human rights abuses in the El Salvadorian super max prison, how do these abuses go on and on and are even worse today in the Mao Hell Hole. (Ok, I guess that was a wholly rhetorical line of questioning, but really. How incredibly disturbing for so many reasons). Thanks Manuel!

Thank you for the Tiananmen Square photos. This is the first evidence of the crimes of the CCP that I had seen. I would suspect that if the Leftists of this nation ever decided to declare Martial Law, they would invite those soldiers over for enforcement . . . of course they would never leave . . . and Barack and Joe and sundry others from Capitol Hill would be in the welcoming party to kowtow.

Fentanyl precursors from China ~=~ reversed Opium Wars.

Recently seen a video "Zombieland" about US-fentanyl and could hardly believe my eyes.

Thanks for the erudite selection, nearly every entry kinda breaks my heart... poor downtrodden whales, Tianmen protesters ... hardly bearable - I'll just live my live such that I defy & as far as possible won't contribute to any of this by avoiding pitfalls like e.g. self-absorbed, shallow greediness or neglecting duties.

For that reason I'll often make breaks from the breaking news from now on.

opium wars was England, not us. Good advice, on taking breaks from breaking news.

Yes, good clarification - I meant a strategical reversal and how e.g. Chinese suppliers, Mexican middlemen may attempt false self-vindication, seeing the -perceived- stave of oppression as having been passed on from one anglophone 'empire/superpower' to the next, as Chinese officials have explicitely stated concerning US-"oppressiveness" recently, IIRC.

I discondone any such machinations, of course.

It was just out of shock about the hordes of slunken-in-themselves masses of fentanyl addicts in that "Zombieland" (Portland ?) -titled vid - I've seen a lot, worldwide, but never anything like this, except on old depictions of Chinese opium dens.

Fentanyl is a weapon.

Thank you for your civil comment.
