The answer to your question is actually about the name Frankel. These would be the Frank's, Frankel's, Frankland's and finally Franklin's of aristocratic antiquity. One of my Grandmothers was a Franklin, yes THOSE Franklins. Uncle Ben was never who people think he is now. All of the above names are derivations of the same family who arrived in Britain during the Norman conquest and became titled aristocrats. No one with any of those names and many , many others, is ever going to be convicted of any crime as long as they have maintained the family connections, paid their dues, and done what they've been told.
